Keep meetings to 10 minutes
These are intro chats, not sales calls
Be respectful of people’s time
Don’t overbook yourself

To take part, you’ll need a booking link that lets other attendees schedule time with you.
Keep it simple:
Offer 10-minute meeting slots only
Set availability for the day of the Festival only (30th April)
Make sure your availability reflects when you’ll actually be free
You can use any booking tool you already have, such as:
Google Calendar
Microsoft Teams
Authentic OS
Or any existing scheduling link
No booking tool yet?
We recommend using Calendly (free) — it’s quick to set up and works well for this.
Create a simple event type with:
Duration: 10 minutes
Date: 30th April
Clear time windows when you’re available
Once that’s done, just copy your booking link over to the Sign Up form and you’re ready to be booked!
