A quick note before you book

  • Keep meetings to 10 minutes

  • These are intro chats, not sales calls

  • Be respectful of people’s time

  • Don’t overbook yourself

  • If you can’t make it, reschedule or cancel via their link

To take part, you’ll need a booking link that lets other attendees schedule time with you.

Keep it simple:

  • Offer 10-minute meeting slots only

  • Set availability for the day of the Festival only (30th April)

  • Make sure your availability reflects when you’ll actually be free

You can use any booking tool you already have, such as:

  • Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Authentic OS

  • Or any existing scheduling link

We recommend using Calendly (free) — it’s quick to set up and works well for this.

Create a simple event type with:

  • Duration: 10 minutes

  • Date: 30th April

  • Clear time windows when you’re available

Once that’s done, just copy your booking link over to the Sign Up form and you’re ready to be booked!
